Hello and yes you can!
I made these using Sultana bran however you could use cornflakes also.
I also used flaxseed from uncle bobs.
- 12 dates
- ¼ cup almonds
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
- 1 cup sultana bran or corn flakes
- 1 pinch sea salt
In a high power blender combine all the ingredients excluding cereal.
Blend until a rough paste forms.
Add your cereal of choice and pulse gently.
Roll the balls into desired sizes, I use a tablespoon.
Pop in the fridge for 1 hour.
I also used hemp seeds on some for added protein.
