Yep. All you need is a coffee cup and a few of these items...
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup warm water
2 teaspoons of coconut it oil
1 teaspoon cacao powder
pinch of bicarb soda
1 teaspoon of honey or rice malt syrup
mix it all together in a coffee cup and pop it in the microwave for 1 minute on high!
