Blueberry and Chia Sauce
Do you struggle with breakfast ideas?
Here is a little sauce that takes about 15 minutes to make and will make your mornings so much brighter!
All you need is:
One punnet of blueberries
Two tablespoons of honey or rice malt syrup
1/3 cup of water
Two tablespoons of white chia seeds
One small saucepan
Clean jar
What next?
In the small pot add your ingredients. DO NOT ADD CHIA SEEDS YET! Pop those in at the end.
On medium heat let your ingredients minus the chia seeds simmer for about 6 minutes.
Then add the chia seeds at the end and stir through for about 5 minutes.
Allow to cool and then pour into a clean jar.
Keep in the fridge for about 5 days.
See, told you it was easy! Now try not to eat it out of the jar with a spoon like I did!
