Carrot Cake
2 grated carrots
4 eggs
3 cups of plain flour
2 teaspoons bicarbonate soda
2/3 cup of honey
1 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
Combine well and pour into a lined bread tin .
Cook for about 50 minutes.
