Marshmellow - Guilt free and fructose free

I made marshmallow!

The recipe only needs three ingredients.

gelatin- I use great lakes 2 tablespoons of gelatine to 4 of cold water and set aside

2/3 cup of water

1 cup rice malt syrup

 What to do:

In a medium size pot add your water and rice malt syrup. 

Heat till it forms bubbles.

Then add your gelatin and combine well.


Set aside and allow to cool completely.


Now you need to get some air into that mix so with an electric beater and in a clean bowl, beat that baby for about 10 minutes.

It will foam up and turn white. Keep going for the whole 10 minutes as it will thicken up.


Line a brownie tin with baking paper and pour your mix in. It will be thick and foam like.

Set aside at room temp for about 1 hour. I keep mine in the fridge for about 3/4 days.
