Over 16 years experience in health and fitness have taught Diana the essential role of food in the health and fitness balance. Food coaching has allowed her to combine her passions for food, fitness, teaching and helping people realise goals they may never have imagined for themselves.
A qualified personal and group trainer with accreditations in wellness and food coaching, Diana also has qualifications in children’s fitness and Level 2 First Aid and is a member of Fitness Australia.

A qualified strength and conditioning coach, previously a state qualified squash player, Fitness Australia registered, Level 2 First Aid certified and with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Ross specialises in an array of functional training and exercise disciplines with an emphasis on safe, focused, tailored and highly skilled training disciplines.
