My name is Diana and I am a busy mum of three.
I fit it all in when I can and I live life with a" let's give it a crack" approach.

I am 46 years young and am finding it sooooo hard to find any health information for my age group.
I am currently going through peri menoupase and want to help other women find themselves during this important stage of our lives.

Diana is a superstar! I first started training with her post natal and 3 years later i have regained confidence in my body and strength and she continually encourages me to break through barriers to the next level.
